September is a significant landmark with the completion of Fulham Palace Road, much to the delight of AXA Group, Volker Fitzpatrick, TP Bennett and Colorminium.

Known as ‘The Foundry’, 77 Fulham Palace Road has now achieved Practical Completion with the exception of minor snagging works which are in the process of being rapidly closed. With a number of constraints and logistical challenges along the way, the project team has had a busy time but have successfully produced an end result that is fitting to sit within Colorminium’s portfolio.

In the words of Steve Woodcock, Project Manager at Colorminium, ‘Having been heavily involved in this project throughout the whole process and having been on site since April 2016, it has been an incredible accomplishment, and it’s been great to be part of this team that have dedicated their efforts towards this scheme. So, I would like to congratulate the whole team on the achievement’.
