Colorminium are delighted to announce they have been successful in securing the contract for the new build scheme at 1-9 Seymour Street.

The scheme marks a key win for the company as being the first project with Client, Portman Estates and award winning architect, Eric Parry.

A mixed use scheme comprising a commercial office block, retail units, residential apartments and a school complex, is due to commence on site for Colorminium in April 2017 with project completion the following year.

Close coordination throughout the pre-construction period will be required with the other members of the design team and key subcontract trades to ensure this complex façade scheme comes together.  Our scope of works includes curtain walling, windows, zinc cladding, architectural metalwork, louvres, rooflights and lightweight steel framing.

The board are delighted with this win worth £5.75m to the company and the future potential the client team hold for us as a business.
