We’re seeing significant progress with scaffold strikes across most elevations. The south and north elevation scaffold is fully removed and the hoist bays are due to come down mid July. External glazing for the scenic lift is complete, alongside completion of revolving door installations. Roof light installation is also being installed with plans to complete this by the end of this month.

Employed directly by the client from a very early stage, we have worked closely with the team to develop the design, with a heavy focus on ESG and the aspiration of achieving the intent whilst respecting the cost plan.
