It’s great to see Marylebone Square shortlisted for the British Construction Industry Awards in the Residential Project of the Year category.
With the project achieving practical completion last year it’s great to see it already receiving the recognition it deserves. Situated in a prime location, within one of the most prestigious districts in London, this substantial new build residential/retail scheme occupies an entire block on Marylebone Square. The contemporary new build development provides 54 luxury and 25 affordable apartments, carefully chosen boutiques and restaurants, a gym, and a new, dedicated space for the much-loved Farmers’ Market by the design of a large double-height hall, ‘Marylebone Hall’.
It was great to be involved in this project, delivering another outstanding scheme alongside Concord London Developments , E8 Architecture, and Kier Group.
Congratulations to all involved and best of luck to the other nominees!
