Quality Assurance

In the building and construction industry, reputation and trust are the cornerstones for continued growth. To build customer confidence, the industry must stand behind the quality of its work. Quality Assurance Programs exist for that purpose.

Specifically, an on-site Quality Assurance Program (QAP) can be a variety of initiatives that work together to ensure a specific product is installed correctly, or ensure a specific service is being provided to the building owner to the highest industry standards.

Assessing Quality on site to ensure it is at a sufficient standard is really the most important attribute to ensure that the clients expectations are met; but it doesn’t start and finish there.

Quality has to be well observed even before the job has started and it is essential for this to happen in order to bring value to any client. A lack of this will almost definitely result in negative effects during installation process and also at the final stage of the Project.

What that means is that we have to make sure that quality has been well monitored and all necessary quality checks have been followed as per approved step by step procedures – not only on site but also materials, fixings and equipment’s before even landing to site.

On our sites we are using Field View as a program for monitoring, inspecting and recording quality during the installation process from day one to Final Completion.

Quality step by step procedures have been very accurately made for each of the systems we are doing on site, so we can be sure that none of the key elements have been missed during the inspections.

It is our aim by the end of every Project, that our works will be free of snags and on the Completion date set, our Client and everyone involved in the project to be satisfied and proud with the final product!
