Pleased to share some stunning photographs of our recently completed project, One Berkeley Street.

Located in London’s prestigious Mayfair conservation area, facing the Ritz, this building is being transformed to provide a luxury mixed-use complex for Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP.

Initially engaged by Crosstree we developed the façade design, alongside Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, to incorporate the existing material palette of Piccadilly and Elizabethan patterns, whilst observing a pre-agreed cost ceiling. The development required a contextually sympathetic design, drawing on the shapes, forms and textures of the neighbouring historic buildings.
Prior to novation to the successful main contractor, we worked up a fully coordinated design, with responsibility for the full envelope, including interfaces with pre-cast concrete, to give a seamless façade.
