The extensive refurbishment and re-modelling of this grade II listed building on Hyde Park Corner will provide a number of high-end residential apartments in a highly sought after location.

Secured under a Pre-Contract Services Agreement, Colorminium have been commissioned by the Client and construction managers Mace to develop the design and delivery strategy to Stage 4 alongside architects Flanagan Lawrence. A 16 week pre-construction period will see the design developed to a level of cost certainty before transferring to a traditional contract for the delivery.
The main façade to the Grosvenor Crescent elevation is being retained with the rear of the building being removed and re-built. We will be required to work closely with the consultant team to develop the design, integrating with the concrete frame, stone mason and MEP contractors.
The design is aspirational and fitting for the location and has a mixture of glazing elements, both internally and externally.
The start date for our elements of work is mid-2016 with completion in early 2017.
