With the project at 11-15 Grosvenor Crescent now completed, it’s great to look back to this time two years ago when we completed our PCSA agreement with Mace as below. This project has been a great success and ultimately turned the clients vision into reality with some stunning engineering.
‘Following the completion of the PCSA at the above-mentioned project, I wanted to note down some of the key benefits we found from the process and how successful it has been to date.
Our goal from the outset was to ensure the consultant design fitted with your buildability process and within the cost plan parameters set out by our client. Colorminium took this brief in a very professional way and on behalf of the whole client team, it has been a true benefit to the project.
Your early management in the design process has been advantageous and your understanding and leading of the key design interfaces has enable a level of design fixity to be obtained early on, in the process – not just for your package but also for other key interface trades. A quality submission from the beginning has been followed with a comprehensive technical submission, clear project processes and sequencing, clear lists of commercial advantages/value engineering and throughout it all a good integration into our project team.
Bringing you in alongside the consultant team, as an experienced, qualified and competent partner has ensured the contract process has gone smoothly and that we have established an excellent relationship early on.
We wish you all the best moving forwards and look forward to you now delivering the project.’
