This is a pivotal role within the team at Colorminium! You will be responsible for leading and delivering exceptional projects during the onsite process, ensuring they meet quality standards, health and safety protocols, and that the project schedule is kept on track.

As Project Manager, you will have responsibility for communicating effectively with the Client, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure delays are prevented and the project remains aligned with programme dates. Your ultimate goal is to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the Client team.

This role is varied and creative and involves coming up with innovative solutions to optimise the façade design, bringing architects visions to reality and making it easier for the team on site. An understanding of all façade principles is essential including sustainability, thermals, acoustics and structural calculations.
