Work continues to progress at 20 Giltspur Street, with key elements of the façade package advancing across the project.

GRC installation is now underway, with panel installation increasing as areas are progressively released for access. Internally, handover to BAM UK & Ireland is meeting agreed targets and dates, supported by positive feedback on coordination and delivery.

Following the removal of the bespoke scaffold at Level 1, the team successfully completed the final section of curtain walling and glazing. This milestone provides BAM with a fully weather-tight building, supporting the next stages of the construction programme.

The progress achieved reflects the continued collaboration between the site team, project partners, and all those contributing to the successful delivery of the scheme.

As momentum builds on site, the project continues to move forward through its next phase, with façade works progressing and key handover milestones being achieved.
