Earlier this week, we completed the Visual Mock-Up (VMU) for the Broadgate Tower extension—a critical milestone in validating the façade design and ensuring it meets the highest standards for performance, aesthetics, and sustainability. The VMU gives our client confidence in the detailing and quality that will define this landmark project.

Our façade package for Broadgate Tower is all about precision and innovation. The solution includes:
> Unitized curtain walling designed for speed and accuracy
> High-performance glazing to optimize thermal efficiency
> Architectural detailing that complements the existing tower while introducing a modern edge

With full envelope responsibility, we’re coordinating across disciplines to deliver on thermal performance, acoustics, and fire safety—all while working toward achieving BREEAM Excellent certification.
