Colorminium have been successful in securing a Pre-Contract Services Agreement for the design progression of 11-15 Grosvenor Crescent with client Wainbridge and contractor Mace.  A high end residential development situated just off Belgravia Square designed by Flanagan Lawrence, is due for completion in 2017 and will provide a range of stunning apartments in one of the capitals most sought after locations.
