Osborne have recently appointed Colorminium as successful contractor to supply the replacement glazing package to their project for Harley Property Holdings in New Cavendish Street. The existing concrete frame is having the glazing removed, openings enlarged and renovated and then new glazing to all floors including the mansard roof whilst at ground level, openings are being enlarged to create shopfronts. The renovated block will provide new lettable commercial office space and is scheduled for completion mid-2016.
