We recently undertook some small works on one of our projects, 11-15 Grosvenor Crescent, that we completed in 2019. The extensive refurbishment and re-modelling of this grade II listed building on Hyde Park Corner, saw the conversion of commercial offices into high-end residential apartments in this highly sought after location.
These additional works involved the removal and replacement of 3m long x 2m wide glass panels. With in-depth planning and coordination by our team, including the arrangement of a road closure to accommodate a large crane, the works were completed efficiently and smoothly in just over a week.
