Last week we undertook some small works on one of our projects, Lillie Square, that we completed back in 2017. One of the largest and most high-profile residential developments in London, this former car park in Earls Court, was transformed into 808 beautiful new homes. Situated in a prime location where Kensington, Chelsea and Fulham meet, contemporary urban living is combined with outstanding landscaped gardens and public spaces.
These additional works involved the removal and replacement of a 3m long x 1.5m wide glass panel. With in-depth planning and coordination by our team, including the arrangement of a pavement closure to accommodate a large Hiab crane, the works were completed efficiently and smoothly in just over half a day.
Our Small Works team are on hand and happy to assist with the delivery of any of the more minor façade scope installation requirements you may have on your projects.
