We have achieved a significant milestone of removing all the scaffolding from both buildings, including a total of 16 floors in the tower. The final section of scaffolding in the main hoist area is currently in the process of being removed. We have completed works for the tower building and we are currently undergoing ground works and door installation on the ground floor.

The opportunity to work on this stunning landmark building is exciting, and it has been a pleasure to work alongside Seaforth Land, Bam and Squire and Partners to optimise the scheme and turn the vision into reality. The completed project will be world class, both in its location and striking design, and will offer market leading and sustainable office space in Central London.
