Great to see 1 Berkeley Street shortlisted for another award!

Located in London’s prestigious Mayfair conservation area, facing the Ritz, this 1970s building has been transformed from an old commercial block into a vibrant mixed-use development.

Initially engaged by Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP we developed the façade design, alongside Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, to incorporate the existing material palette of Piccadilly and Elizabethan patterns, whilst observing a pre-agreed cost ceiling.
