A great day at the leading development forum and networking session for Kieran Mallinson and Ross Price.  With a number of key asset owners, developers and architects that we work with present, it was a good opportunity to discuss industry changes and network together on leading industry subjects.

With a keynote speech from Sir Edward Lister, London’s Deputy Major kicking the session off, a heavy focus on the changing dynamics of the Northern ‘Powerhouse’ highlighted the opportunities that are starting to grow outside of the London arena.  Not to be overlooked, these subtle signs of the changing industry dynamics may see many London based business models evolve to take advantage beyond shores of traditional high-end development.

Another key area to watch over the time will be the raging debate over the UK’s housing affordability crisis – keep your eyes and ears open to see what industry leaders have to say on this.
