One of the things that sets this team apart is their flexibility and adaptability. The team meets regularly, both in-person and over remote collaboration, to discuss key challenges on projects and ways that we can improve our design process going forwards.

Key topics this month included how we interface with fire protection on steelwork and streamlining the way production information is released to the procurement team.

Luka really enjoys the monthly design forums and appreciates the chance to collaborate and learn from what is happening on other projects.  It is also a great chance to keep in touch with the rest of the design team and have some fun!
