We are thrilled to see One Berkeley Street shortlisted for the New London Awards 2024 in the Mixed Use (built) category!

Located in the prestigious Mayfair conservation area and facing the iconic Ritz, this 1970s building has undergone a remarkable transformation. Retaining 81% of its original structure, One Berkeley Street has been revitalized into a vibrant mixed-use development.

Our journey began with developing a façade design that respects the existing material palette of Piccadilly and Elizabethan patterns, all while adhering to a pre-agreed cost ceiling. The design needed to be contextually sympathetic, drawing inspiration from the shapes, forms, and textures of the surrounding historic buildings.

It’s great to be recognised for our efforts and look forward to hearing the results in November. Congratulations to everyone involved!
