We’re excited to share that we’ve received Practical Completion on the stunning refurbishment of Space House!

Collaborating closely with Seaforth Land, Squire & Partners, BAM Construction, and Gardiner & Theobald, we’ve worked diligently to uphold the project’s vision. From early design stages, we developed an optimisation strategy for the façade package, balancing heritage preservation with modern performance upgrades.

This Grade II listed landmark, celebrated for its grid-like pre-cast concrete façade, now boasts storey-height modular windows with integrated stainless steel mesh, two new roof levels with breathtaking views of London, and enhanced retail and event spaces to rejuvenate the area.

It’s been a privilege to work alongside such a talented team to bring this iconic project to life.
