We’re excited to share that we’ve received Practical Completion on St Pancras Campus —an ambitious transformation of a 1.2-acre site into a vibrant hub for science and technology.

Working closely with W.RE, Caruso St John Architects Llp, BAM UK & Ireland, and exigere, we’ve developed a façade solution that reflects the area’s industrial heritage while delivering modern performance and sustainability.

The commercial block features a unitised façade wrap, combining natural sandstone, precast concrete, and inset red masonry panels to add depth, rhythm, and a distinctive character. By optimising the design and reducing panel variations, we’ve streamlined installation while maintaining the architectural vision.

Sustainability is at the heart of this project, with a high-performance façade, an all-electric system, and on-site energy generation—all contributing to a BREEAM Excellent rating and targeted Net Zero emissions.
