Colorminium successfully delivered the complete facade on 127-135 Sloane Street for Cadogan Estates.  Now home to one of the world’s largest hedge fund managers – Marshall Wace.

Consisting of a masonry facade with glazing set-back in the reveals – Colorminium were responsible for the complete envelope design and delivery.

Working closely with architects Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, we worked to make their architectural aspirations into a reality.  Delivering the scheme under a Traditional Contract with Mace Group, the facade now stands as a stunning landmark for the Marshall Wace organisation.
