Triton Court was featured on the BBC today, showcasing the innovative cycle ramp that allows employees to cycle directly in off the street and down to the bike storage in the basement.
“The centrepiece of the Alphabeta Building – a refurbishment of the historic Triton Court in Finsbury Square, central London – is a steep ramp. It takes employees to a basement with bike racks and relaxation facilities, including a basketball court.
It is London’s first “cycle-in office”, says project architect Dickon Hayward of the firm Studio RHE. The building is intended to connect Tech City with The City, attracting workers from both areas.
