In the vibrant heart of Blackwall Yard, Telehouse South emerges as the fifth data centre in the Telehouse portfolio, a dynamic hub of connectivity and innovation. This building, with roots dating back to the early ’90s as a Thomson Reuters data centre, will soon be transformed to reflect the collective spirit of growth and change within the refurbished structure.

Elevating the insulation value of the façade is a priority including a thorough upgrade of the whole system, incorporating improvements to the existing façade, such as new glazing gaskets, to infuse the structure with extended longevity.
We are replacing the existing double glazed units with insulated aluminium sandwich panels within the unitised system, ensuring a seamless integration of new elements.
We commenced onsite early 2024, and we anticipate completion by Q4 of this year. The accelerated pace of this project reflects our commitment to meeting the client’s expectations and delivering a state-of-the-art facility within the specified timeframe.
