Thank you Darwyn Price for your exceptional efforts on the St Pancras Campus scheme!

Darwyn started his career as a project estimator and has since progressed rapidly to his current position as an assistant contract manager, with a view to further developing into a project management role in the near future. He truly embodies our company’s core values and since joining our team as a college graduate in 2021, he has displayed exceptional professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a deep commitment to his work.

Working closely with our suppliers for the St Pancras Campus project, Darwyn makes regular visits to their factory, showing his detailed care in every detail, as the early stages of production commence. He has established strong and trustworthy relationships with our suppliers, collaborating with them to share our objectives and understand their processes, working together to find creative ways to achieve the best results.

We engaged early with the team on this scheme, assisting in working up the initial design to a target cost whilst trying to maintain the intent. It is an interesting development incorporating a common basement which links together the various buildings on the plot and will be serviced by an internal street that runs through the main commercial building.
