The Forge and Space House Shortlisted for RIBA London Awards

We are pleased to see two projects we have been involved in, The Forge and Space House, shortlisted for the RIBA London Awards.

Located in Southwark, The Forge is the world’s first “kit of parts” commercial building delivered using a P-DfMA structural frame, providing highly sustainable office space arranged around a vibrant public courtyard.

Space House, one of Richard Seifert’s iconic Grade II listed buildings on Kingsway, has been carefully restored to celebrate its distinctive pre-cast concrete façade while introducing flexible retail and event spaces that bring new life to the area.

A real credit to the teams behind both schemes. Congratulations to everyone involved, and best of luck to all the shortlisted projects.
