Exciting updates from 20 Carlton House Terrace!

We’re seeing significant progress with scaffold strikes across most elevations. External glazing for the scenic lift on the top three floors is well underway, alongside nearing completion of revolving door installations. Additionally, stone cladding is advancing smoothly, with completed sections now emerging as scaffolding is removed.

Employed directly by the client from a very early stage, we have worked closely with the team to develop the design, with a heavy focus on ESG and the aspiration of achieving the intent whilst respecting the cost plan.
