Excited to share that we have been appointed to deliver the façade on the 20 Carlton House Terrace scheme.
Employed directly by Clivedale London from a very early stage, we have worked closely with the team to develop the design, with heavy focus on ESG and the aspiration of achieving the intent whilst respecting the cost plan. Also delivering elements of the façade works alongside RSHP, EPR Architects, Blue Sky Building and Core Five LLP.
Located in one of the most iconic and highly sought after addresses in London, Carlton House Terrace is an exclusive development formed by the John Nash designed grand houses fronting The Mall and St James’s Park, and residential flats facing Waterloo Gardens to the west. This commercial build will introduce a future-proofed office environment that promotes a healthy workspace, inspiring collaboration and creativity and in turn, caters for a post-pandemic market.
We’re looking forward to the future as we work to finalise everything in view of starting on site late 2023.
