It’s great to see the rapid progress at St Pancras Campus, where the installation of all UCW units is now complete! Currently, we’re adding the final touches with the placement of finishing stone and metal features on the façade. This project is on track to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and targeted Net Zero emissions. Sustainability was vital to the design approach, particularly utilising a high-performance façade together, avoiding gas, with on-site energy generation that feeds an all-electric system.

Big shoutout to the team for their hard work! Looking forward to wrapping this project up in the new year.
